This multi-functional Rug, being breathable & offering slight water resistance, can be effective both indoors and outdoors (depending on the time of year) The product has soft, furry fabric around the withers, double chest buckles (pop closures) and crossing belly surcingles (pop closures), along with a tail flap & tail strap
