This cooling neck cover is designed to drape comfortably over the shoulders and the upper spine. It provides an immediate, refreshing, and cooling sensation in hot weather,  and can also be used as a gentle form of cold therapy for discomfort and various ailments affecting the upper body.

The collar features a technical, highly absorbent cooling material encased in a mesh outer layer. The material exerts a cooling effect over superficial blood vessels, as long as it remains wet. 

The collar closes with convenient hook-and-loop patches to secure the fit and keep it in place during movement.
