Cool on Track® Canine Cooling Coat

The Cool on Track® Canine Cooling Coats, from Back on Track®, have a unique structure which allows the slow release of moisture. The Coat’s material is designed to hold water without wetting the body, then, as water slowly evaporates, it keeps your dog cool and comfortable effect, in hot conditions.

NB: It is important that Cool on Track® Cooling Coats, Mats, Bandanas and Bell Boots are kept moist even when not in use. If dry, the cooling fabric becomes sensitive and could crack, peel or damage the inner lining. To restore a dry product, fully rinse it with lukewarm water. If the product is dry and folded (especially from new), ensure that it is totally wetted before slowly & carefully unfolding it & gently parting any sections that may be stuck together (applying more water, if necessary).

To launder and refresh the Cooling Coat, hand wash in moderately warm water (max. 30°C) with sparing use of mild, liquid detergent (without bleach or fabric softener). Close the coat, attach the hook & loop fastenings and allow to dry flat and naturally (do not tumble dry) and, once dry, do not fold. If the coat is to be worn regularly, keep it moist in a sealed plastic bag (squeeze out as much air as possible before sealing the bag), but for longer term storage, let the coat dry out beforehand, then soak it before use. Also, with genuine Cool on Track® Cooling Coats, there will be a small, white tab sewn into the inner hem (at the front end of the jacket) with the manufacturer’s instructions.
